This policy covers notesaudit.com and app.notesaudit.com, run by Notes Audit LLC ("we", "us"). Patient information in a customer's notes is not covered here; it is handled under that customer's business associate agreement with us and under HIPAA.

What we collect. What you give us through our forms, demo bookings and emails, such as your name, work email, organization and EHR. In our app, account details and sign-in and security records. We count website visits in total, without cookies.

How we use it. To reply to you, provide and secure NotesAudit, send service emails, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Sharing. Only with service providers that help us run NotesAudit, under confidentiality, or when the law requires it.

Keeping it. Only as long as we need it. Demo requests are kept up to two years after we last heard from you.

Cookies. Our website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar on our demo page is run by our scheduling provider, which may use its own cookies. Our app uses only the cookies it needs to work.

Your choices. Ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop our emails, at [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

Security. Information is encrypted when stored and sent, and access is limited and protected with two-factor sign-in.

Children. NotesAudit is for businesses and not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes. We update the date above when this policy changes.
